Nude yoga has got critical acclaim from different parts of the world. There are supporters as well as people who oppose the idea of nude yoga. People who support nude yoga exclaim that there should not be disturbance of any kind in any form when one is performing yoga. So the environment should be silent and there should no be any disturbance of clothes also. People who oppose nude yoga say that people who practice nude yoga develop sexual feelings in the mind seeing others do yoga nude. This in itself is a big distraction. We discuss further the concept of nude aerobics yoga. Nude aerobics may sound vulgar and offensive to many people. However this concept is slowly picking up amongst the people. Though nude yoga aerobics may not be acceptable to many parts of the society, people who support nude yoga aerobics say that they feel uncomfortable in clothes and they feel disturbed by the clothes that they are wearing. Clothes also prevent air from getting inside the body and prevent air circulation. For these people wearing clothes while doing yoga aerobics is like carrying excess baggage. As a result more and more people are getting interested in this new form of aerobics yoga. However many sections of the society, as mentioned before have developed negative feelings for this type of yoga. They feel that clothes are taken as an art in yoga exercises. Many people might take nude aerobics yoga as fun and then may involve in sexual activities. To be frank it is hard to control our desires when we see people of the opposite sex in the nude. Many people on the other hand consider nude yoga aerobics to be a clean exercise. They argue that if they can control their desires then why they shouldn't follow it. Many people also feel that wearing clothes while performing yoga encouraged the proliferation of fungi and bacteria. People who do nude yoga are able to sweat freely. People who perspire in clothes smell and definitely would want to do something like nude aerobics yoga. Also the men who support nude yoga aerobics believe that wearing shorts while exercising will increase the temperature of the testicles and also hinder the growth of sperms and hence cause impotence in many people. Nude aerobics yoga for many people lets them articulate their natural emotions. They feel it nice to get the air slapping on their skin and the feeling of sweat running down their bodies. Hence we see that nude aerobics yoga is like a double edged sword which will always have supporters and people who opposing it.
